Specifically, will seek to understand, define and exceed the reasonable requirements and expectations of external and internal customers through a process of continuous improvement that is appropriate and applicable to all aspects of our business.  Areas of influence include overall quality of Amdor (a division of ISG) plant processes and products and meeting of established goals.   Overall Responsibilities:
