STS is pioneering operations of Class A surface components for the heavy trucks in the USA. 

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing and maintaining assigned section of the Production Floor during the day shiftas related to customer product line and internal manufacturing processes to include organizing work assignments, checking procedures and equipment to ensure conformance to standardized work, engineering instructions and compliance with established maintenance, IATF16949 and APPS standards, meeting production schedules, optimizing plant resources.
