Work schedule: Monday – Friday (5:00 am – 1:30 pm)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production processes and supervising the hourly workforce within a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, increasing productivity, and improving operational effectiveness while strictly minimizing costs. You will be a key leader on the floor, ensuring that safety, quality, and service levels are met within established budgetary guidelines.
