Our client, a prominent name in the aerospace sector, are urgently looking for a driven and proactive Production Scheduler to join a high-performing supply chain team.

Role: Production Scheduler
Duration: 4 - 6 month contract
Pay: £25 - 27.50 p/hr (Inside IR35)
Location: Hamble, Southampton
Working Pattern: Fully onsiteThis is not a sit behind a desk planning role, you'll be embedded in the operation, working closely with the shop floor, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure production runs smoothly and delivers on time.

This role will need someone who can build a plan, pressure test it, and adapt it daily, spotting risks, resolving bottlenecks, and keeping everything aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and managing daily & weekly production schedules
Working closely with shop floor and operations teams to track progress and resolve issues
Identifying material shortages and liaising with warehouse, logistics, and procurement
