The successful candidate is primarily responsible for administration of the Permit to Work including coordination of permits, ensuring PTW are up-to-date and permits are accurately endorsed and used as well as conducting weekly audit of the PTW system especially for Projects brownfield work.

He / She will be involved in works pertaining to PTW / SIMOPs to ensure no conflict of work between terminal operations and brownfield projects permits.

He / She will ensure coordination between TPD and Production throughout the project phase up until system handover.

• 1.1. Report on PTW/SIMOPS issues to the Production Manager.
• 1.2. Ensure that the appropriate Risk Assessment process for brownfield permits are in place and being implemented.
• 1.3. The focal point for administration and co-ordination of all brown field permits, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete.
