Manage subcontractor or contract manufacturer for Module and Discrete line assembly ensuring completion of lots per promised dates to support revenue goal for each quarter.
Generates Work Order in accordance with build plan and based upon priorities/or as schedule given by MPL Planner using ERP tool.
Ensures all critical notations/special instructions to build specific product are clearly stated on the Work Order Traveler and release them to assigned subcon.
Review material support using MRP Planning Tool before creating work order to prevent line stoppage and ensure continuous assembly and ensure the timely transfer of materials needed at the subcons.
Review on a regular basis WIP movement at subcons to ensure lot completion per commit dates and help in addressing issues that may cause delay in the assembly of the products.
