Manufacturing Management & Productivity – Manages production activities at their level to ensure processes run smoothly, maintain productivity, and consistently attend assigned duties to ensure volume targets are met.
Continual Improvement – Actively participates in implementing process improvement projects such as EECIP, Bright Ideas, COQ, and other cost savings initiatives in various areas within the assigned Production plant.
Environmental, Health and Safety – Participates in implementing and maintaining Good Housekeeping procedures, investigating near‑misses and incidents, and ensuring reporting and commitment dates for closure of the actions are followed.
