About Your New Job As a Production Operative, you will: Operate production machinery, pack products, and build pallets to meet daily targets. Keep your work area clean and safe by following all safety rules. Report safety issues, equipment problems, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor. Carry out safety checks, hygiene inspections, and other required procedures. Work with your team to set up production lines, check product quality, and prepare materials. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and manufacturing guidelines (GMPs, SOPs). Complete paperwork and records accurately. Support improvements in production, food hygiene, and housekeeping.
