Responsibilities: Participate in daily production meetings to review results, upcoming plans, priorities, corrective actions, production strategies, reworks and material status. Communicate all key area indicators (WIP, production, quality, aging, materials, maintenance, hygiene, attendance, risks, reworks, capacity, etc.). Review shift status with Cell Leaders run quick supervisor meetings to set priorities. Work with the Manufacturing Manager on training, teamwork, and motivation. Set clear targets for staff manage attendance, turnover, efficiency, and certifications. Maintain a positive work environment and provide ongoing training. Enforce discipline, safety, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000 standards. Motivate staff to meet quality and production targets. Collaborate with engineering, materials, and maintenance to resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement for flexibility and efficiency. Identify tool/equipment needs and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and certification.
