The Production Manager assists the Operations Manager in overseeing the operations and personnel of production line(s) to maximize productivity and operating efficiencies on multiple product lines operating on multiple shifts. They oversee the coordination of labor, materials, equipment, and tooling to assemble product effectively and deliver to customer.
