Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our manufacturing company in Randburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete production workflow, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments and on-time delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly production planning.
• Manage the full production process from stock availability to final manufacturing output.
• Ensure production deadlines are met in accordance with project schedules.
• Coordinate between procurement, design, planning, manufacturing, installation and management teams.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor labour efficiency, material usage, wastage and rework.
• Ensure all production activities align with company standards and project specifications.
