Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading production operations and coordinating schedules and teams, ensuring efficient output, product quality, and compliance with food safety standards. You will be responsible for managing production planning, monitoring performance and yields, coordinating raw material supply, driving continuous improvement, and working closely with quality, maintenance, and other departments. Your expertise in production management, food safety, and team leadership will be essential in ensuring consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

To succeed in this role, you should have 8 10 years experience in production management, chessmaking, along with a relevant qualification in Operations or a related field. Experience in dairy or FMCG manufacturing will be advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure will also be valuable.
