Role Overview As a Production Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing operations related to automotive cable and wiring system production. This role ensures efficient production planning, high-quality output, cost control, and compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949), while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with customer demand.
- Ensure on-time delivery and monitor production KPIs, adjusting resources as needed.
