The Mesa Production Manager oversees the Mesa Production team. The Production Manager is focused on meeting revenue and cost targets that support ABT’s goals and objectives. The Production Manager reports to the Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Directly supervises the Mesa Production team members

+ Helps drive Production team to meet or exceed Company established monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals

+ Holds the Production team accountable to tasks and goals

+ Facilitates daily meetings

+ Helps hire, train, coach and discipline Production team members

+ Evaluates Production team member performance
