Responsibilities


+ Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and hourly employees.

+ Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.

+ Support employee development through training, cross-training, and succession planning.

+ Foster positive employee engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the workforce.

+ Direct daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved.
