Requirements

• National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
• 5 years managerial experience.
• Valid RSA driver's license with own transport.
• Excellent People Relationship Management.
• Knowledge regarding ISO standards.
• Advantageous: 5 Years Customer Service experience in an animal feed industry & knowledge within animal feed production industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations in a high volume, and fast paced monogastric and ruminant environment.
• Produce products in accordance with strict adherence to company's policies and procedures.
• Improve line productivity (OEE) by analysing line performances and taking the necessary action.
