Job objectivesShadow and/or support Shift Leader in the following:
Implement and manage ME process as per allocated plan. Visualisation and management of accurate ME boards timeously. Utilise all allocated resources within your control effectively at all times. Improve production within areas of control. 5 S and Safety/Environmental Promote 5 S condition in affected working areas as well as common work areas as allocated. Manage and improve 5 S in the plant according to the 5 S Audit Sheet. Quality Ensure parts produced meet quality specifications and the outflow of defective components is managed and reduced.
