Production Intern

Allnex is looking for a Production Intern to join our team in Melaka, Malaysia. In this role you will gain hands‑on exposure to the workings of a chemical manufacturing plant, working on day‑to‑day operations, process improvement, data analysis, SOP development, and production support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend the Production Department and participate in daily operations.
• Assist with process improvement activities and work with the production team for implementation.
• Perform statistical analysis and evaluation of data to drive process and productivity improvements.
• Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures for site production activities.
• Assist in creating production support documentation, including operating processes and productivity reports.
