The Production Executive is responsible for ensuring effective execution of production plans. He/She is to maintain operational excellence through resource planning, people management, equipment maintenance oversight, and adherence to food safety standards while driving continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment.
Area of Responsibility
People Safety Management Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures. Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions. Promote safety awareness and culture.
Food Safety Compliance Ensure products produced comply to food safety and quality standard. Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance GMP. Implement corrective actions for food safety deviations.
