            YOUR MISSIONS  Provide L2/L3 production support for OMS and printing platforms, ensuring high availability and performance 
Monitor and manage end‑to‑end output workflows, including document generation, batch processing, printing, and distribution 
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including failed outputs, delays, and data discrepancies 
Support deployment and release activities, including configuration changes, patching, and post‑deployment validation 
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures 
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements for financial document handling 
Collaborate with global teams (e.g., Switzerland, regional hubs) for issue resolution and system improvements 
Drive automation and process optimization for output and printing operations 
Participate in BCP/DR activities and ensure service resilience
