            Job Responsibilities:  Provide engineering and technical support for daily production operations 
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and servicing of production machinery and equipment 
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and machine maintenance manuals 
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement 
Analyze production performance and implement initiatives to improve machine efficiency and reduce reject rates 
Plan, evaluate, and execute engineering projects to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness 
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, workplace regulations, and company policies 
Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives 
Maintain accurate maintenance records and engineering documentation
