Qualifications

Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• General skills: Basic supervisory skills, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High communication and presentation skills. Mentally and physically fit.
• Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures and adding failure analysis reporting.
• Superior mental and analytical ability and problem‑solving techniques.
• Knowledge in FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen, and SPC.
• Required minimum of 3 years of experience in the plastic industry in a manufacturing set‑up.
