Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
General Skills Basic supervisory skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
High communication and presentation skills. Mentally and physically fit.
Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures and adding failure analysis reporting.
Superior mental and analytical ability and problem‑solving techniques.
Knowledge in FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen, and SPC.
Required minimum of 3 years of experience in the plastic industry in a manufacturing set‑up.
