Follows fire pump controller project plans provided by the engineering department to execute all production functions, that include lay‑out and mounting, electrical wiring, soldering, box preparation and final assembly.
May be assigned a particular function for projects in production; may be transferred to other functions at any time.
Performs any other tasks required by his supervisor.
Lay‑out & Mounting
Verifies kit of materials for each project to ensure that all required materials as per the project’s BOM are available.
Selects appropriate components and installs them on the mounting plate as per pre‑engineered plan and instruction.
Completes any special mounting instructions ordered by customers.
Wiring
Verifies panel mounting plates.
