 Involved in the Production Planning on a daily basis  
 Assessing the Sales Report daily  
 Mentoring / Leading staff  
 Assisting with all related customer & sale Rep concerns  
 
 Production Facilities  Implementing Production / Lean Manufacturing Good practices  
 Design and re-design production layouts & processes  
 Managing production related issues  
 Assisting with customer queries and new designs  
 Assessing all relevant administrative reports from the production departments & stores
