What You’ll Be Doing

Process and submit purchase order (PO) requests in accordance with company procurement policies. Review requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals before generating POs. Validate vendor invoices to align with PO‘s.

Verify financial statement accuracy, generate and maintain Essbase reporting to be used in financial statement and business performance analysis.

Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all required documentation (W‑9, banking details, tax forms, certifications) is collected and verified. Enter and maintain vendor information in the ERP or procurement system with a high degree of accuracy.
