**Production Associate – Key Highlights**

**Pay:** Starts at **$18 - $19.80/hr**

**Schedule:** **1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift** + optional overtime

**Work Environment:** Clean, modern, climate‑controlled facility (ESD-safe)

**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate **SMT & PTH machines** to build PCB/PCBA boards
+ Load/unload component reels and monitor production lines
+ Assemble **server units** using hand & power tools
+ Perform **testing (pass/fail)** on finished products
+ Handle materials up to **30 lbs**
+ **Follow build instructions, safety, and quality standards**

**Basic Requirements**

+ **1+ year work experience** (any field, reliability matters)
+ Able to lift **up to 30 lbs** consistently
+ Basic **math & English skills**
+ **Some assembly/machine operation** experience
