Summary of Position

As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to designing thoughtful, accessible, and user-centered experiences that serve patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. You’ll work on complex, primarily desktop-based, workflows such as appointment management, patient records, and virtual care interactions, translating them into clear, effective solutions that drive real impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of our customers and their needs
• Distill complex requirements into elegant experiences
• Iterate design ideas through sketches, user flows, and wireframes
• Develop and deliver well-documented, high‑fidelity designs that align with both accessibility standards and our existing design system
• Collaborate closely with the design lead and cross‑functional partners in product and engineering to ensure solutions support business goals and are technically feasible
