BDUK is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in product support to deliver a new exciting Digital transformational programme which will change the way Product Support operates by delivering new tools and the associated related governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical oversight of all the digital outputs from within Product Support this will include :

Working in collaboration with US teams to deliver PS new Digital Ecosystem

Technical oversight as a Leadership level over Data exploitation activities

Ensuring technical output meets the Customer needs and supports the wider Product Support team needs.

Liaison with IT, DSA and other internal business areas.
