            Key Responsibilities Safety Incident Management Act as the main point of contact for critical vehicle safety incidents 
Assess and triage cases, and activate appropriate response protocols 
Implement immediate containment measures to mitigate risks 
Technical Analysis & Investigation Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues 
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to diagnose faults 
Document findings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders 
Process & Quality Management Develop and improve aftersales SOPs and safety processes 
Support business continuity planning for safety-related events 
Monitor repair quality and provide insights to improve service standards 
Data Analysis & Reporting Track key KPIs (e.g. First Time Fix Rate, Repair Time, Repeat Repairs)
