Resolution of systemic/chronic or major quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls, Rapid Service Update (RSU), Customer Satisfaction Notice (CSN)) Lead improvement activities in vehicle quality by addressing nonconformity to product quality targets (SCA, VLO, BSR, and TDF performance driven to assigned targets) Support Corporate Quality objectives/deliverables and communicate requirements to all groups involved to ensure goals are achieved.
