Lead the planning, design, and iteration of the company’s core financial software products, including but not limited to: mutual funds, equities, bonds, structured products, investment tools, and client transaction systems.
Conduct in-depth research on the Singapore and global financial markets; fully understand the business logic, transaction processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS), and risk controls across asset classes such as funds, ETFs, stocks, bonds, and structured notes.
Stay updated on the latest developments in internet financial applications; benchmark against leading global platforms (e.g., IBKR, Saxo, Tiger, Endowus, StashAway) and provide clear product direction, UX improvement strategies, and innovative solutions.
Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and engineering teams to drive the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design, to implementation and launch.
