            Qualifications Banking domain experience mandatory; Retail Banking preferred (minimum 2–3 years). 
5–6+ years of experience working as a Product Owner. 
Functional / Techno‑Functional role with strong product ownership responsibilities. 
Strong SDLC and Agile understanding. 
Hands‑on implementation experience preferred. 
AI/Generative AI exposure required. 
Strong ownership mindset expected; project management handled by delivery teams. 
Certifications such as Product Owner / Scrum Master optional. 
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar tools preferred. 
Responsibilities Drive product vision and strategic thinking. 
Manage end‑to‑end product ownership and delivery. 
Understand requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops. 
Collaborate with architects and technical teams.
