Job Description
Own Salesforce product roadmap, backlog, and priorities
Translate broker and business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with engineering, UX, data, and QA in an agile environment
Drive CRM workflows and integrations (including Slack-enabled workflows)
Support release readiness, adoption, and success metrics
