About the Role

As Product Marketing Specialist–Lead for Sprinklr AI & Platform, you will own the cross-suite AI narrative that ties together Sprinklr's Marketing, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Service product lines into a unified, compelling platform story. Based in the US and embedded within the Product Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be the go-to expert on how Sprinklr's AI capabilities differentiate the platform across all three suites– ensuring that AI is positioned as a first-class citizen across every product, every buyer conversation, and every market touchpoint.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires a strongAIbackground,familiarity withinnovation across leading AI model companies andtheimplications for the app layer, sharp strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Principal Product Marketing ManagersleadingtheService, Marketing, and VoC product lines.
