Responsibilities

Responsible for introducing Boost Biz new products and services or enhancing an existing product by communicating the product’s value to the consuming audience (Merchants & non-Boost Merchants)

• Develop and drive product marketing strategy & GTM for all Boost Connect products and services.
• Study the Boost Connect products & services, develop product positioning, pricing/incentive strategy, and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors.
• Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content that will increase the product take up rate.
• Participate in on ground visits to conduct customer interviews that will give us the insights to customer challenges / motivation.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity by conducting regular competitors’ analysis.
