Matchbox Consulting Group are currently looking for a Product Manager - Salesforce Data Cloud for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours based in Vancouver.
Resonsibilities:
Own the roadmap and delivery of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and personalization capabilities
Develop and scale personalization strategies across web, mobile, email, and paid media
Build customer segmentation and targeting frameworks using behavioural, lifecycle, and value-based data
Enable unified customer profiles across e-commerce, CRM, app, and in-store channels
Partner with engineering and data teams on integrations, data quality, APIs, and audience activation
Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B testing, performance tracking, and analytics
