To develop a cost-effective and thorough marketing plan for his product and implement the marketing strategies that are written on it within the specified time frame.
To be aware at all times of all factors influencing the status of assigned products –competition, pricing, government policies, drugstores and all channels of product distribution
To assist the Training Manager in the development of teaching syllabus for the new members of the Sales teams as well as during the conduct of relevant product training.
To periodically meet the Sales Teams under his care and initiate the updating and enriching of their product knowledge.
To periodically meet with the top opinion leaders falling within the specialties under his care and establish rapport with them.
