DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Identify opportunities within the digital experience to create better customer journeys for our customers.
Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Use data to identify gaps and opportunities.
Work with design partners on customer research and discovery partner with the technology team to translate a vision into an actionable backlog.
Drive experimentation plans and report on results.
Communicate with executive leadership on business outcome of delivered initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams and cross-product, product owners on the creation and prioritization of a product backlog.
Act as voice of the customer and drive product vision and value in accordance with business stakeholder priorities.
