About the Role

The Product Manager II, Orchestration & Workflow is responsible for bringing the future-state operating model to life — end-to-end — through our agentic AI platform. This role designs the workflows, decision logic, and human-AI collaboration patterns that let Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Buying operate as one connected system: AI agents orchestrating work across capabilities, surfacing the right context at the right moment, and executing routine decisions so people can focus on judgment and creativity.

You are the connective tissue between process, product, and platform. You translate how the business should run in the future into the orchestration logic our agents execute today — defining the steps, handoffs, signals, guardrails, and escalation paths that turn a workflow from a diagram into a working system.
