            Day to Day Responsibilities

Own and support product initiatives tied to Find a Doctor and other healthcare experiences

Apply strong product thinking to complex, regulated problems

Write clear detailed epics, user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types and success metrics grounded in user and business value

Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continually drive product improvements and show measurable outcomes from product releases

Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to deliver end-to-end features

Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration

Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions

Help identify and evaluate AI use cases (e.g., summarization, personalization, decision support, automation)
