This role plays a central role in developing and executing the direction of the Bureau’s data product portfolio. The function is responsible for ensuring that data products are market-relevant, commercially viable, and aligned to partner, sector, and regulatory needs.
This role requires significant business and product analysis work, understanding partner needs and the Bureau’s deep data estate to analyse and create new data products that provide monetizable value. The role also acts as the coordinator between Data, Technology, Legal, Partnerships, and other departments to ensure new products or enhancements to existing products are successfully developed and deployed, considering all potential dependencies and impacts. The Data Product Manager is responsible for managing at a portfolio level the full product lifecycle from ideation to rollout, enhancement, and retirement.
