Lead a production technical group, supervising their assigned activities, motivating and developing their skills.
Coordinate with Master Scheduler and other areas to give job status.
Solve and handle day-to-day operational issues, proposing improvements to workflow to enhance performance while maintaining quality and safety standards in the shop.
Supervise assigned Repair Shop technicians performing tests and repairs on aviation units per FAA requirements and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) requirements.
Ensure that schedule set by the master scheduler is executed.
Handle issues, communicate and coordinate solutions.
Manage technician's time, training, attendance and labor utilization.
Train and motivate employees in their work standards.
Supervise daily working of department operating process, increasing the efficiency of workers.
