Product Leader

• Lead the Pro US Specialty Programs team, backing the overall US Specialty Programs business plan and underwriting.
• Coordinate direct reporting underwriters and indirect reports, ensuring team growth and development.
• Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with the US Specialty Programs Focus Group Leader.
