            Responsibilities  Own the conversion improvement roadmap across key funnels including search, booking, checkout, and payment. 
Identify user drop-offs and friction points through funnel analysis, behavioral data, and user feedback. 
Design and prioritize product-led growth initiatives to improve activation, retention, and reactivation. 
Build and manage a structured experimentation pipeline, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and post-test analysis. 
Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to translate qualitative insights into product improvements. 
Use SQL independently to analyze user behavior, cohorts, and conversion trends. 
Define and track key growth metrics such as checkout completion, booking success rates, and repeat purchase rates.
