Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Engineer for our Specialty Rolled Product business unit. These positions report to the Manager, Technology and will have office location at our Washington, PA facility.
Essential Functions
Accountability & Ownership of assigned products from inquiry through shipment.Learn and become an expert in all facets of assigned products. This includes flow path, manufacturing set ups and controls, specifications, technical characteristics and customer requirements.Develop, Document and Implement manufacturing, customer and product trials to continuously improve product attributes, tighten tolerances or reduce cost and flow time.Interface with customer to improve product, resolve issues and grow our business.Identify and develop opportunities for new grades/products or alterations of existing grades to meet new customer business specifications and oppo...
