Roles and Responsibilities
Support new product development across the product categories, including pastry, bakery,
desserts, sandwiches, savories, chocolate, and beverages
Study market trends and contribute to ideation
Recipe development, documentation, and costing
Define product presentation standards
Create SOPs to productions standard recipes on a large scale
Train the production teams on standard recipes and SOPs
Supporting marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and
product demo videos.
Candidate Profile -
Hotel Management graduate with 7-8 years of experience in five-star hotels and
premium food retail
Strong experience in Pastry and Baker
Exposure to hot & cold kitchen and general management of kitchen
