About the Role We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Culinary R&D Associate to work closely on product development, prototyping, and pilot execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, documenting, and translating ideas into scalable food products. This is not a routine kitchen prep role — the focus is on R&D, trials, and on-ground validation of new products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in prototyping and testing new menu items and product ideas
Accurately execute and iterate recipes during R&D trials
Document recipes, processes, and observations in a structured format
Support pilot launches and act as the on-ground lens for product performance
Identify gaps in execution and provide feedback for improvement
