Join the Consumer Digital Sales team to support iterative testing of digital sales experiences for personal insurance products.
Responsibilities:
Support two agile development squads focused on optimizing digital customer-facing sales experiences.
Facilitate small incremental tests, transitioning into strategic decisions based on comfort and knowledge of the space.
Deliver user-centered design solutions for best-in-class consumer digital sales experiences that offer quick access to insurance quotes and build customer purchase confidence.
Attend daily agile ceremonies with aligned teams, partnering closely with product owners, product designers, engineers, content designers, marketers, analysts, and researchers.
