Responsibilities

• Support field teams, dealers, and customers with deep product and services expertise.
• Focus product, services and technology development on solving customer problems at the segment and site level.
• Drive proactive technology adoption and product & services health management, leveraging data insights from the connected field population.
• Provide product application expertise at point of sale, delivering product training, applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, company personnel, and dealers’ sales teams.
